Hello, good afternoon! I applied to RCBC last April 25, 2026 and I got a message last April 29, 2026 saying I got approved then I email them last night May 3, 2026 regarding the delivery status and I was disappointed when I received their reply a while ago today May 4, 2026 saying it was cancelled due to duplicate when I only applied once to their website and they said I can re-reply after 6 months. This is such bad day to me I when already expected that my card is on its way to my home address.
