I’m looking for advice

I (TeenF) am 9 months sh clean and I have no scars. And I’m honestly upset in a way? I feel like no one believes me and I’m thinking of relapsing because I feel like I have nothing to show for what I went through. Am I being like a pick me? I just wish that people wouldn’t look at me and be like “oh she’s never been through anything like that”. So yea ig idk what to do and I’m looking for advice.
