We attended the interview on 4/16 with our lawyer found out they had bug on their end where my wife is the petitioner and my wife is the beneficiary as well so officer even joked about it the profiles are so messed up if he would approve it then my wife will get another green card and carzy part is she will be the petitioner for herself. We had all the account acceptance notice with is as well as the form we filled originally we verifed everything was good until our 1st interview. This should not have been the case cause this is our 3rd interview 1st interview was in 2024 where the officer did interview for both i-130 and i-485 in dallas field office where during the interview he did mention everything to us whoch was accurate profiles, addresses petitioner, and beneficiary. Later we got scheduled for i-130 in houston which is not in our jurisdiction and finally on 04/16 for i-485 in dallas again which is in our jurisdiction. Interview itself was very straight forward we had lots of proofs since we had been together for 3 years now and officer helped all the way with all the process no out of the box question he uploaded all the latest documents and said he can’t take any actions until my profiles are fixed where I’m the applicant for i-485 and my wife is the petitioner & i’m beneficiary for i-130. Officer gave a document that states our case is under review and can contact uscis agter 120 days if there were no actions. Its been 12 days past the day of interview just crickets no api updates nothing. So we did contact uscis customer support and agent on call did a service request for tier 2 so will get our names fixed or will get call to veify in next 30 days. I hope it will be approved now cause really tired of interviews and at this we ain’t even scared of anything cause we both are metally prepared for interviews so well now but the waits are always killing us hope no one should face such scenarios cause this will definitely exhaust you.
