Hello everyone, does anybody experience this kind of situation here that some part of the x4 screen is not responding? Just some portion below the info Bar. Please refer to Image with red lines. Thats the part of my unit that us unresponsive.

My insta has no history of water damage, no drop, and firmware is updated.

Hope someone could share some ideas how yo solve this one. This is a year old unit and barely used.
