I'm fairly new to MtG and have been copying and changing some decks I saw online, but this is my first deck I am trying to fully build on my own, but I'm struggling to get all the way to where I want it to. The idea is to have a group hug/goad deck that pits my enemies against each other, then when all but one is gone I am trying to power up as quickly as I can and defeat my opponent that way. I think the group hug part is great, but I am struggling to get the end game part there.

Any ideas for how to finish up the deck would be greatly appreciated. Also if you have recommendations for cards I should replace/remove, I'm also open for it. Thanks!
