My circumcision healed by secondary intention and left a circumferential scar around the glans. The tissue feels similar to fingertip skin and is not very flexible. I was circumcised 30 years ago. Is this something that should be evaluated by a doctor?

My circumcision healed by secondary intention, it left a scar around the glans that feels similar to fingertip skin , not flexible. Is this something I should have evaluated by a doctor?
