Hey everyone,

Running Click-to-WA ads using Meta Ads Manager

with Chat Builder. I set a custom greeting message

inside the ad — but when a client clicks the ad and

the messaging app opens, they see a DIFFERENT message,

not the one I set.

Quick context:

- Using Chat Builder inside Meta Ads Manager

- Custom greeting message set at the ad level

- The message that appears seems different from

my custom one

My questions:

2. Does the campaign objective affect which greeting

   message shows?

3. Has anyone found a fix for this?

Anyone dealt with this before? Would really appreciate

some clarity — been going back and forth on this for

a while.
