My wii u recently bricked so I got a new one, my old one has a connected NNID with my game dlc and the only way I see to transfer NNID & game data is by doing the wii u transfer, but every time I start the transfer I get hit with a error message. So is there any other way to link my NNID with the new console?

EDIT: Please stop telling me to contact support, online services for the wii u are completely gone they cannot access my wii in any form. The only thing support could do for me is tell me to do the wii u console transfer which I cannot do due to an error message
