Me and my coworker found this crazy world seed not too far from spawn with crazy world generation. Im wondering how common this is?

I havent played explorers of time in a long time so im not sure if this is in the vanilla but im playing the mod explorers of the spirit and when i got to floor 13 it was just a room with 4 chests and the dialogue popped up “i wonder where the suspect is” or “the suspect isnt here” something like that. What am i supposed to do to ?? I really want to complete this since the reward is the thunder TM
