Hello!! Me and my girlfriend are planning on moving in together next year during the summer(I would stay with my family if it wasn't a direly abusive situation, so theres that.) I've been scrounging about for places, we dont care if its east or west side just as long as its cheap. We're looking for single floored,(preferably, but open to studios) 1 bd, 1bt. Pet friendly/Cat friendly and first time renter friendly. I am disabled so it is very important to me to have no stairs, or at most one flight. We're looking at about 1,500~ MAX in rent. We'd also be willing to rent a house for that price, but i forsee that as highly unlikely. If it's dingy, old generally unappealing, or in a bad area its fine as long as its cheap. No kids by the way. Where would you all recommend?
