My experience with micro1 so far (spoiler: it's positive)

I wanted to create an account to share my experience with micro1, since I’ve seen that many people are wondering whether this platform is legit.
About two months ago, I signed a contract as an AI Trainer with micro1 and was assigned to a project. Shortly afterward, I received a link to an onboarding session, and to my surprise, I saw several colleagues I had previously met on other data annotation platforms.
One thing that really stood out to me is micro1’s transparency. As someone who has worked on several platforms, I can say that transparency and good communication are not very common. I also appreciate that the managers are always available to support you and help foster a positive and productive work environment.
I’d like to mention some areas for improvement, but as I said before, I’ve worked on other data annotation platforms, and micro1 is the best platform I’ve worked on so far. One suggestion I have is to improve the interview prep module. Sometimes Zara fails to provide feedback after a mock interview and gets stuck on the screen saying that feedback will be available in a few seconds.
