Hey all, any idea what this lump is in my groin area?

It's mildly irritating, especially when moving, the skin rubbing on it. The lump is moderately firm, palpable, about the side of finger tips. It is noticeable with the touch, and prominent when pressing the area surrounding it.

I'm sexually active from time to time, but also trim the area often.
