All of those moments are key in the life of King Balgruuf the Greater of the Skuldafn, Leader of the Nords, Destroyer of the Nordvyg, Slayer of Khuzites, Taker of Names, and most importantly Lord of the North.
First I was in the arena with four of my clansmen. Two of whom are no longer living, this was when I needed the money, Balgruuf couldnt have been more than 35.
Second, Im reminded of my origins, I was a mercenary fighting for the winning side, the Khuzites. Little did I know at the time, I was solidifying their rise to power, and simultaneously aiding one what would become one of my largest enemies. Though I was lifelong friends with Mochung until he died of old age, at least twenty years. Anyways one of my original trades was basically pirate. Id wait in a river and take all the boats, goods, troops, and prisoners from enemies who tried to pass. This time they had more boats than me, but im sure many of them met the ocean that day.
Next is the victory in Hargard, this is (for now) our most important victory in the war on Khuzites. After gaining this, river battles are almost guaranteed, hopefully killing some Khuzite armies as I raid their lands. Fun fact they got us dwindled down by reinforcements they had come for me, so we were at a disadvantage of more than 500 people.
Battle of Haugr, as you can imagine took place by the Jumne river, this was important in solidifying the front line of the war on Khuzites as id already taken Hargard.
The last I honestly dont know anything about, but I think its cool and its an early screenshot so I estimate he was in his thirties or fourties in that.
Balgruuf is quite a legend, im honestly surprised we made it this far, he is pushing 55, but before he dies id like to solidify our rule in the north, kill more Khuzites, and recruit more nobles. To anyone reading this do you have any tips or commentary?
