I went to buy three tickets at the counter, but they told me that purchasing a food coupon worth ₹150 along with ticket is compulsory. Otherwise, they asked me to buy the tickets online. Is this an official rule, or are they just trying to make extra money from customers? One person even left without buying a ticket because of this condition. For a ticket priced at ₹180, why should anyone be forced to buy a food coupon worth ₹150? Is this fair?
