Attempting to install something external to the Store redirects me to a new window with "Browse Microsoft Store" and "Switch out of S mode." "Yes, switch out" after that does not switch me out of S mode but rather opens a new white window of the same size. I have a Lenovo. Also the model was decommissioned about 2023 and it was purchased open box. Also it uses a lot of battery and that seems related to the fact that having multiple windows open causes the frame rate to drop significantly. also opening the Store itself results in only its logo staying on the window's screen and nothing else. also "Windows 11, version 25H2" has not finished downloading and seems to be taking an abnormally long amount of time to install. help
