I’m really going through some crazy withdrawls and don’t have much to ease it. Last time I used kratom leaf but does Mitt work better short term for withdrawl?? I’m not educated so what’s the difference between mitt and kratom leaf?

This is my 4th time quitting 7 I’ve always quit with leaf kratom but I just kept going back the longest I had was back in August I went 5 months well on new years had a big relapse and been on and off since. I chose to do the cold turkey way this time because as painful and horrid it is I needed to teach myself a lesson not to touch this stuff again withdrawls are worse than ever but I know within a few days I should start feeling betters this relapse I used for 3 weeks after being 22 days clean…. I was taking 500-600 mg and this is just terrible it’s crazy how fast this stuff put me in a terrible state of withdrawl been stuck in my bed for 3 days freezing yet sweating terribly…. I’m really hoping for a ban so others don’t have to go through what I’m going through rn wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy… if your getting off this stuff ik it’s hard it’s the hardest drug I’ve ever had to get off of but we got this just keep pushing!

I know it’s a symptom of the withdrawl is depressions and I’m on day 2 and I literally hate myself for going back to this stuff again…. I feel trapped like every time I get a little better I relapse…. I’ve been dealing with depression for a while as well as substance abuse most of my life to cope… I just hope I can get my life on track. Any advice on what helped you with depression after using 7 and what you did to not go back?? Thanks.
