May I ask how long is the visa issuance by the Netherlands Consulate recently? Is there a way to reduce the visa processing time if I get approved?

I have a possible interim travel that I might need to that I wasn't able to factor in. I didn't realize that the appointment schedule is way further than expected with the same waiting time as PH passport application.
