I'm an European citizen, and I seriously consider working in the said job market as a Frontalieri living in Italy. Is the job market too difficult to enter in cities like Lugano, for example? I don't find much info about this matter on-line, and I have also no experience whatsoever in IT yet(not graduated). Can anyone, please share their knowledge? I thank you in advance.
