Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu, I am heavily addicted to porn and masturbation I am not able to quit it, I tried several times but I am not able to quit it, If I try to quit these things suddenly my mind and my heart says just do it once you will get relief I want to quit these things but I am not able to, Porn and masturbation destroying my career, energy,relationships and everything I want some advice from heavily addicted persons how to quit these things and live a happy life, I am breaking the laws of Allah subhana watala and I am not happy to do these things, but I am helpless in this situation so, I want to quit porn and masturbation. So please suggest a strong solution to quit it.
