On some weapons those arrows are orange and on some they're white, what does this mean?
And the arrows, are they meant to show that particular stat being better on the weapon with the arrows, because that doesnt always seem to fit when i look at the bars.

Lastly, the three stats never show actual damage of the weapon, so does that mean that the proficiency level itself is basically the damage, or something to gauge it by? For example, a lvl 15 weapon with better stats than a lvl 20 of the same weapon will still do less damage than the lvl 20, or am i wrong on that?
