Hi all
My ex boyfriend borrowed a lot of money off me 12,235 to be exact I have it on text messages, me telling him how much he owes me and him agreeing to pay me back. It’s been nearly 3 months and he hasn’t made a start and I have a feeling he has zero intention of doing so. Just wondering do I have any rights on taking legal action to get that money back?
