I finally began my first batch ever of kombucha. I think it’s going well. I began on 5/2. The temp on my glass vessel is 76 with a PH of 3.5 on today, 5/7. Yesterday’s PH was 4.0.
Why such a drastic change? My kid says bubbles are forming on the surface, but I think maybe I needed another bottle of raw kombucha for the 2.5 gallons I have.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
