I received an email saying my promo is ending soon and I can get a 5 yr guarantee if a accept this offer before my current promo ends. It does not mention a price or speed of internet.
It gives a phone # to call, which I just did. The person I spoke to said the promo is only for new customers, for me to look at the bottom of the email. I said I understand that the fine print says that, but the heading and email itself specifically says my promo is ending, including the date and that I could get this offer. She put me on hold and never came back, then an automated voice asked if I wanted them to call me back instead of waiting online, but repeated a different phone # than mine, so they got me mixed up with someone else.
Could someone please help me with this? What is the 5 year price and what internet speed will the new promo be, it also says equip is free, so I would save that price?
I don't just have internet, I also have tv and xfinity voice. I want to keep all of my services.
