I am very stressed about this. Please help.

I am 37 and the sole dependent of my parents. We all stay together abroad. We have noticed (via talking to our neighbors) that some people have been coming into my ancestral property bungalow and started taking pictures. It is clear that they have bad intentions of tresspass as they have started peeping through the windows. What can I do to safeguard my property while I am abroad so that we dont have to deal with tresspassing matters which will lead to long court cases.
