Curious how to cook with tea. I have come across several mentions of fine dining collaborations with tea houses or the use of tea in cooking to create more complex flavors. These mentions rarely go beyond vague comments and as someone without training in either, I have no clue where to even start. Haven‘t found any nice books/articles on the matter either.

If anyone has resources or even own experiences/recipes to share, that would be super cool!
