Damac Lagoons - Malta Handover
Hello everyone! I bought a property in Malta and I’m trying to get a better idea of when units are actually expected to be handed over.
The last official update I received mentioned a projected handover around Q1 2027. However, recently I started noticing that some units in the development already appear to be listed for rent online, and a few of the listings even include what look like real photos rather than just marketing renders.
Because of that, I’m wondering whether some parts of the project may already be completed and handed over to owners, or if these rental listings are simply being advertised in advance before completion.
Has anyone here received more recent updates from the developer, signed final paperwork, scheduled inspections, or actually taken handover already? Any information or recent experience would be really appreciated.
