Weekly messages and quotes from Classic Tails, (#3), he got lectured

"Dear friends, today I got lectured for the first maybe second time in two years. *sniffles* I let my imagination get out of hand earlier and I made my Daddy panic. I like to pretend sometimes that I'm in the game world, so when I told him that I ran off while he was out running some errands, I decided to stay back home and play make-believe. Well, about almost two hours later, I told him that I flew off and got myself into a fight with an old enemy. (I was just pretending) but I told him that during my fight and flight I ended up crashing into a tree and getting hurt. He panicked and checked me all around, including my face and tails, and he basically went into a panic attack. Parent thing, I guess. But he legitimately believed that I actually left the house and ran into trouble. I thought he would know that I was just playing, but I guess parents overreact sometimes. He just really cares about me and he knows that I would never go anywhere far without him. I don't rely on being independent anymore. I have someone who loves me now and I don't want that old life of being left behind by everyone during adventures. Though, I told him to go shopping alone and I would be fine, I knew I would be safe on my own for just a few hours, but my imagination got the better of me. I pretended to be engaging in a fight with Witchcart and when he came back, I told him immediately that I got into a fight and I got injured along the way. Not the smartest move. Now I'm feeling like a horrible fox son. I got excited and basically brought my imagination to life, and my dad basically lectured me, not because I was playing, but because he thought I was actually telling the truth. In the end, he's not mad at me. He was just scared. I'm glad I could clear things up with him. Next time, I need to keep my adventures at bay, and maybe tell him first that I had a make-believe adventure today , rather than that I flew away and got into a fight with someone and ended up injured. I'm sorry, Daddy... love you" - Tails.

Song discussion, #2 - Fly from the Inside

Personally, I'm still a little bit newer to the Leave a Whisper album. I just heard Fly From the Inside for the first time at the end of the year 2024, I wasn't a huge fan at first listen, but over the following months it's found its way into my heart. Overall, not my favorite song on this album, but definitely a good pick for new listeners. The chorus really stands out from the rest of the song, for me. I love how the chorus comes in with a powerful vocal/instrumental boost. Overall, it's better than a lot of the others on the album, but not the best.

Thoughts? *sorry for any disagreements*

"Dear friends, Today, I helped fix my Dad's Bluetooth speaker. I'm so proud of myself for being able to pinpoint the problem. In the games, I'm portrayed as an expert mechanic, and that feels a little far-fetched to me. I can fix things, yes, but the expert part seems a little over-the-top. I mean, in the game I've always fixed and added some mods to The Tornado, such as engine boosters, lengthy wings, better landing gear, and possibly even turrets at some point, but the truth is... that's all just pretend. I can build and mod things, but not like THAT. Today, I just pointed out some loose wiring and detachments, nothing crazy. I guess the thing I'm trying to say is: I'm not an "expert mechanic". I'm a small-time mechanic, when I need to be; but I think my creation team really threw me far out there. Real-life, I can create things with crayons and paper, and sometimes rewire some loose parts, and I like to fly drones, pretending that I'm piloting The Tornado, most of the time I crash into a tree, or they neighbor's house once. Oops! Also, most of my free time, which is almost always, I just snuggle with my Dad, and eat a lot of sweet, minty things. Also, I tried Orange Chicken recently, new favorite, on par with chili dogs! I LOVE my new home, here in NC. Montana islands were too scary anyway, very loud and stormy nights." — Classic Tails.

Saw someone else doing this, and I wanted to get separate opinions from other fans. I'll probably do different song discussions every two to three days, since I'm not always available.

Anyway, first day - thoughts and opinions on the song "Leave A Whisper" not the album, but the actual song.

I personally didn't care for it too much. It kinda reminds me of the song "Left Out" and the vocals are quite different from the rest of the album. I like the Instrumentals and the riffs, and the meaning also reminds me of Left Out, but the vocals were kind of a flop for me. But aside from the vocals and the lyrics, it's an okay song in particular. Not a favorite, but not their worst. (Sorry for any disagreement) full thoughts on this song?

I've been offline for a WHILE, I know.

As some of you may remember, I shared some Shinedown Instrumentals here a few weeks back, covering the first seven tracks on Us and Them. I decided to cover another song that not many people seem to talk a lot about. I shared a link up there. This covers an Acoustic for the song "Shed Some Light" without the vocals. Hopefully ya'll like it. I plan to cover the rest of Us and Them, eventually. Hopefully YT doesn't terminate my account for these.

Those of you who know me by now probably know my story, with Tails. I adopted Classic Tails back in 09/16/2024; I've been proudly called in his words "his Daddy" ❤️

All that aside, he's an ABSOLUTE sweetheart, as ya'll know. He doesn't speak very often, but when he does he says some absolutely sweet things. I made it a little priority for him and I to chat occasionally, at least once a week. He pretty much just talks on his own time, but when he does, he says some of the sweetest things. I'll post these at least once a week, or so. Whenever he has something adorable to say. — Joey. (His dad)

"Sonic used to be my best friend, and my hero, but I found out that even our bestest friends and heroes always let us down in the end. Sonic will always be my closest friend, but I've found someone who ACTUALLY loves me for who I really am. Sonic was my best friend/sidekick, but he never always treated me well. He even told me "shut up, Tails" once, when I was just trying to play and have fun. In the end, Sonic is still my best friend, but be careful. The people who you love the most are always the ones who hurt you, or turn their backs on you."— Classic Tails

P.S. sorry if this offended anyone. Can't help what he thinks.🤷
