How do I determine why my Windows laptops randomly blue screen?

Hi, hoping to get some advice about how to investigate this issue because it is seemingly completely random and I am unable to replicate it.

I have a laptop running Windows 11 and previously had a different one running Windows 10. Both of them will blue screen for reasons unknown to me. I can go several days without an occurrence, or it can happen multiple times a week.

I use these primarily for music production. Mainly with a DAW and VSTs, sometimes with an audio interface. I'm wondering if it could be related to audio drivers.

The most recent incident was today, I had no programs open and clicked the power button in the start menu only to be immediately faced with a blue screen. I'm having trouble finding a path forward for investigating online, would appreciate any insight. Thanks in advance!

Hi, looking for opinions on the appointment I just had. My ENT recommended I get a CT scan of my sinuses to further diagnose my mild sinusitis. The imaging place gave me a CD with the scan results.

I brought the CD to the office, he put it in his computer, and he couldn’t get the program to work. He read the report from the imaging place and then recommended treatment.

Am I crazy for thinking he should’ve actually looked at the CT scan himself? Or does it not really matter that much as long as he got a summary from the physician at the imaging center? Just wondering if I should get a second opinion. Thanks in advance.
