People are okay when Claire is sidelined, but complain when she gets focus

Why do people always complain when Claire has more lines than Jamie, but never the other way around? In episode 6 of this season, Claire barely had a dozen lines and no arc at all, just nodding most of the time, yet people never complained or said a word about it. But in episode 7, when Claire gets to be the one who tells Fanny about the Faith tragedy, people are complaining.
And the worst part is that the actress gets hated on for it even when she seems to agree with the author with her dislike for the episode.

Yes, Jamie grieved the loss too, but Claire went through the actual experience of giving birth, losing the baby, holding her, and singing to her, all while Jamie was in prison, until Claire suffered another humiliating ordeal by sleeping with the king to get him free. So it makes sense that she gets to be the one who tells it.

And in the end, Jamie was the one who got the final resolution with Fanny when she calls him Grandpa and helps him grieve his son, while Claire is not even shown grieving like Jamie.
