Noticed this bump show up a few weeks ago and didn’t think much of it now its got a white spot is it just a white head or cyst should I get it checked out?

Hello I am getting ready to go underway on my first deployment on a ship (DDG) and I am needing some tips for deployment what should I bring? And the big thing is does anyone know the best way to download shows and what not on my computer. Is there a website? Please let me know what your tricks and tips are thank you!!
