WHYYYYY??? I'm so frustrated. I've been searching online for hours and even turned to ChatGPT for help. On my admin user, ITunes detects my iPhone no problem, but when I switch to any of my standard users on the same PC, ITunes does not detect the iPhone.
On both user types, the Device Manager shows Apple Mobile Device USB Device and Apple Mobile Device USB Composite Device when the iPhone is plugged in, and they disappear when the iPhone is unplugged.
I tried uninstalling ITunes and Apple Mobile Support and deleting everything Apple related even in the Program Files, ProgramData, and each User's Local AppData and Roaming AppData. I then reinstalled ITunes. Also, on the Standard User, the "Trust this Computer" prompt wasn't appearing, so I did the reset privacy and location settings and got the prompt to appear, but even after doing all this, it's still the exact same: ITunes detects my iPhone on the admin user and not on the standard user. Does anyone have any experience with this? Also, what other subreddits should I crosspost this to? I'm at wit's end.
