This is the clearest I can get it and I dont know much about marks. can someone help tell me what this is/means? I think i can make out the 925 for sterling, but what about after it?

I'm really interested in getting a pair to polish but I want something affordable... has anyone gotten any good ones off of sites like amazon? I just want to find a pair that isn't like 40 bucks or more
