Does he want me to feel guilty, and how do I navigate this?

I finally reported my STBXH to the police after 15 years of constant sexual assault, coercion and a lot of rape incidents a few moths ago, and though he wasn't arrested or charged, they did investigate and found insufficient evidence to bring charges.

Months later, while we are still living in the same house with kids as we can't sell the house and he refuses to try, and I'm trying to find somewhere to live with our two teenage kids and no money, he sprang on me yesterday that we need to leave really soon because he is going to lose his job and won't be able to get another in the same sector for five years.

He earns a LOT of money as a contractor with a lot of sought after skills and is trying his best to push us out without any financial support and I just don't know what to do.

I've been out of work for 17 years due to his control and am disabled so can't just get any random job, and this is hell for the kids as he acts like they don't exist unless he wants them to go to the shop or do his laundry or use the TV.

He may be lying about being unable to get work after his contract ends, or it may be that he has done something not related to my police report that means his work options are limited, but wow It's exhausting and with so much on and my health, the exhaustion is too much. He messes around at night, keeping us all awake and constantly plays the victim.
How can we navigate living here untll I can get social housing or a job? Rent is going to be unaffordable unless I can get a very good job and STBXH pleads poverty. The divorce is underway.

A minor warning for anyone who is pressure cooking a vegetables in sauce type dish such as stroganoff:

Don't add Brussels sprouts unless you like them extra squishy! All the rest of the vegetables are perfect after 25 minutes on high pressure and natural release, except the sprouts - not something I would normally add but they had to be used up.
