Picked it up from my LGS the other day and couldn’t be more excited to take it to the range. I’ve heard all good things about P10 series but it was always on the back of my list, until the store manager kind of strongly suggested that I should check out the ported version.

I just wrapped up “before first use” cleaning and it feels like an incredibly well made gun. I kind of always hated this takedown system with pulling both notches simultaneously and “pull the slide back 1/3 inch” because Glock 19 was my first gun. But it’s ridiculously easy to do on P10c.

Happy to join the club!

I posted here recently about my suboptimal experience with PD380 at the range shooting Speer Gold Dot (FTF, FTE, double feed 5/50 rounds). I was advised in the comments to try different ammo and so I did.

Happy to share that both Hornady and Underwood ran fine. Moreover, another box of Gold Dot also ran smooth. I only had one instance of first round not going in the chamber on reload for both Underwood and Gold Dot but I’m not too concerned about this.

600 rounds in and I’m starting to think it’s a perfect gun for a beginner. Super soft recoil, easy operation (loading mags, racking the slide etc), goldilocks size (not too large, not too small, great ergos).
