Me again, I am looking for a property management company to manage my rental home in Corvallis. I want a company that is ethical, responsive to tenants, and good to deal with. I'd appreciate any recommendations you might have.

I just moved to Portland, and I'll be leasing my house out. I'm wondering what sort of experiences renters have had with Coldwell Banker as a property manager? Are there any other companies in town that you would recommend working with?
