After 10 days of fighting with instagram , I got my account back after getting permanently disabled for account integrity.
on second of May, my account got permanently disable for account integrity, and this is the second time. This has happened to me last time during October. My account got disabled and after I contacted meta verified support, I got it back almost immediately, but this time when my account got suspended and I had the option to appeal. my appeal was rejected twice and mind you. My appeals were not rejected immediately. It took me almost one day to get an update. so after that, I bought meta verification on Facebook and every single day for 24 hours, I contacted them. They try to restrict me from contacting them, but I started to connect with them via meta business or whatever that is. but I saw that none of them were helpful. so what I did was, I had five phones and on all those five phones, I bought meta verification, yeah, it's the best costly, but because I the plus membership. The key is that don't open too many support cases on one phone instead chat on one support case and continue chat with them via that opening too many support cases might lead to delays
