Black Survival was a point-and-click survival game for mobile devices that shut down a couple years ago.

The game has 10 test subjects compete against each other in a battle royale competition on an always shrinking map, where the last subject alive is freed.

“Lumia” island has 22 areas to explore, and with 50 test subjects trapped and ready for a chance at freedom. Hundreds of crafting materials and equipment to craft a head straining amount of weapons, tools, and food!

Above is some of the stuff i have finished and id love some feedback or just advice in general 😆

Her character card and abilities, did my best to translate hide and seek and honestly love it! Would love your thoughts or if you would change anything! still have to do her masteries but lowkey tired asf soooo!

I have decided to include crafting which will be optional for a harder and longer game!

and i’d like your thoughts on the crafting.

My only idea is to have a crafting decks split into item type, which will show what you will need for certain items i haven’t played bd in awhile but these decks may be huge and kinda “cluttery”.

Which is why i’m leaning towards making it an optional thing to have in your game.

If you choose to play without crafting you shuffle the craftable items/weapons into random areas this is just a thought but! love your feedback!

Also to the person who suggested the dice roll for crits and misses i wanna thank you as that has been included for now!

So i was showing my friend the project and holy shit so much went wrong. Cards were showing things they shouldn’t bc files or whatever stuff i don’t really understand so i had to COMPLETELY start over but my friend did help and will be helping me occasionally this isn’t the update i wanted to give but!

Also pictured is Encounter Cards! When players enter an arena they place their respective characters encounter card in the deck and shuffle. One the player leaves they take the card with them🙂‍↕️

So after my first post i’ve locked in but this shit is COMPLEX don’t even ask this is my first time making “assets” or whatever and moving files in my mac just oof it’s a lot BUT i did finish another test subject Adriana! Her abilities and stats are listed and same with Adela! Only finished two items so far doing each location one by one so it will take some time! The 2nd to last slide features the player board! with Refs on how much EXP and DMG reduction you get for what and also your item slots! (Weapons don’t have a slot and are displayed under arm or accessories your test subject goes under the other)! And ofc the actual board! leave your thoughts and tell me what you would really like to see in this game! I’ve made tons of board games but would still love ideas and suggestions for this!

Huge board game nerd and remember trying to do this as a kid with pen and paper but we upgraded baby!!!

Tabletop simulator IF and a huge IF i finish this i’d love to release it on the workshop but this is still EARLY EARLY phase!
