I've had an Xbox Series X for a few years, and when I play online it will sometimes just shut off entirely or kick me to the Xbox Home page. I have the option to ship it to Microsoft and fix for $300 but would rather not do that

It usually happens with online FPS games. I get no notification for either overheating or poor connection.

My troubleshooting so far (nothing has worked)

-Different outlets

- Different WiFI networks

-Uninstalled/ re-installed games

- factory reset

-paid for internal cleaning (they found nothing wrong)
