recently came across this 70's Louvic jump hour & have been wanting to get it serviced. the watch keeps good time with the exception of the hour wheel not spinning properly..

i am in no means a watch smith, however after removing the wheels i'm noticing heavy damage to the cog that moves the hour wheel.

Is this a piece that i could have replaced and could find in the wild?
