Your thoughts on this script/herbs? Could they cause pressure in the head/headache and naseu? My second time took herbs a month ago it was fabulous. Now I’m not sure couldnt sleep last night bc of the discomfort. Today is day 2.

I spent years and thousands of dollars trying to solve my skin issues which lead to ‘broken barrier’ I know a dermatologist might not always solve your issue but its baffling how many actives some of us are rotating in efforts to find a solution. And majority are useless and quite expensive.
My skin issues were linked to auto immune and other health problems I am now tackling. The worst part is I’ve had to basically throw all these products out (mostly donating) and now I just stick to a simple routine with two prescriptions creams.
My 3 tier skincare drawer is only filled with a few things.
You can say derms are not available or its expensive etc etc it is what it is but this is my experience.
