Hi guys, i’m just curious.

I’m a ORDed man and i just recently got my transcript where the result was not what i wanted.

conduct: good
performance: good

The appraisal mentioned that i’m a team-player and “not shy away from duty”

May i know how important is the transcript in relation to government scholarship and government roles, also does it affect the jobs starting pay, salary and opportunities in general?

I’m also having doubt if transcript actually important or not.

Would appreciate any comments, thanks 🙏

This is very difficult for me to accept compare to some of my peers who got “very good”
