I only have it on my calves. The picture above is my right calve and on my left calve it doesn’t show as much but only a bit which isn’t as strongly noticeable as my right. I have had this for a few days and they won’t go away. There are also a few faint red dots on both legs. It also doesn’t hurt/itch. Does anyone know what this could be?
