Does anyone know how to fix this issue with an external mouse on Minecraft where it scrolls through the hotbar but insanely fast, I've tried looking everywhere for people with similar issues and it seems to either be too slow or too fast for everyone
these are my current mouse settings, I'm using a SteelSeries rival 3 by the way
