After sending the acceptance form, how many days will it take for them to issue the COE?

In my acceptance form it has been written that I should send certified transcripts and certificates based on university requirements while I had submitted them previously. I just wanted to ask whether official translation by a certified English translator of the judiciary and then certifying by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (with stamp indicating the copy confirms the original) is sufficient or not based on your experience with this university. Unfortunately, they have not replied yet.
