Constant weird experiences on dating apps
So I (24F) have been out of my last relationship that was 4 years long for about a year now. I downloaded some dating apps and I’ve gone on some dates. I have had the absolute worst experiences with these men.
The first one: (27M) was really kind at first and we got along great on date #1 and I really liked him. The second date we agree to have a movie night at his house. I get there and he starts telling me about all of his sexual kinks and I am not one to judge but it was really out there stuff. It was super awkward because before he never really mentioned anything like that. He’s one of those people that has a kink that is a lifestyle not just a bedroom thing.
Second one: (25M) this guys I meet up with for coffee. He proceeds to go on a rant about how women use men for $. He said that women are almost always gold diggers and so you have to choose “a beautiful one”. He then said he paid for coffee so we could hook up.
Third one: (24M) Was really kind and my same age but he didn’t plan anything for our date that he said he planned and showed up in dirty sweatpants. He lied about having reservations at “a nice restaurant”. Since he said that I came in a sundress. There was obviously something missing with communication
I wish I was making this up. Does anyone have advice for non dating app ways to find people or is there any normal people on these apps 😭
