I have a 2014 Ram 1500. I’ve never seen this happen before but I can’t get the screen to not be black aside from PRND. Anyone ran into this issue before?

hi, I was curious if anyone might know why my spigot is leaking water (twisted all the way off) when I try to run my sprinkler system with my backflow system. any help is super appreciated. thanks!
