She’s literally using a soul fragment from Big Mom. Zeus is NOT a normal weapon, it’s a yonko homie. Her main attack is basically borrowed yonko power. Ulti is an ancient zoan with crazy durability and nami still managed to do legit damage. not stall, not distract, actually hurt her and Namis stronger than she was in Wano.
She and zeus basically nuke the entire block kingdom and its showing her AP ceiling is way higher. like that wasn’t a small attack, that was straight up wiping the battlefield. Plus she controls the entire fight with weather, illusions, positioning etc.
I get that Jinbe saying is this conquerors haki and her damaging Luffy is mostly a gag but haki is will based and that’s when she expresses the most willpower. There’s no one else on the crew with more willpower who doesn’t already have coq
