Rant about Spark

So Ive now been doing ogp for a bit and both me and my TL have been feeling as if the folk who run Spark just dont take their employees seriously at all. We have a driver who regularly returns like half his orders and no matter how many times he's reported, he still is allowed to come around and pick up more deliveries. Furthermore, Spark Support literally tells these drivers to do things they aren't supposed to do, like bringing back orders without submitting a return ticket so it shows up in out systems. Spark Support also claims to not deal with issues on an individual store level which is just bogus as heck as when my TL needs to reach out to them to get people their items, like who do they contact? Im just really REALLY getting fed up with this driver and Spark as a company shielding itself at the expense of the individual store's time. Like it's not the drivers who take the heat, its me and whoever else does the calls to the customers missing their orders. Anyone else have any issues like this? And if so, how did your store solve it if they did?
