I feel like this has been posted before but I am not sure. I really need someone to help im ready to throw this computer out.(Which might need to happen). I have a lenovo LOQ AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS 16GB Ram 500GB storage NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU 8GB.
Everytime I am playing a game it will let me play it and than randomly will turn off and restart the whole computer. When I ran the logs it kept saying it was a Kernal Issue 41. I went through the steps of checking the drivers and making sure everything was up to date. I even made sure the AMD drivers. The chipset driver needed to be updated so I did that. I went back and started playing a game. I kept the overlay up and everything appeared to be normal. When browsing online and watching youtube it runs perfectly.
GPU temp was about 65-70c
CPU was at 20-30%
I read somewhere online it could be caused by a faulty power cable. Im not sure if this computer is screwed or if I need to try something else.
