So I’m currently in the army and I got a Statement of Reasons and my S2 people are handling it and I plan to respond, it has to do with criminal conduct and allegiance to the United States. Am I basically fucked pretty much?

I really like the two posters behind me in this video, but I want to blur them out so they aren’t visible throughout the entire thing. The video was recorded over multiple days, so the camera angle changes a lot and the posters appear at different angles depending on the shot. I’m not really sure how to consistently blur them out across the whole video here.
